NIDAMA: Journal of Islamic Educational Administration and Management is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality original research, theoretical studies, systematic literature reviews, and scholarly discussions in the fields of educational administration, Islamic educational management, educational leadership, quality assurance, digital transformation in educational management, educational policy,  curriculum and academic management. The journal promotes interdisciplinary perspectives that integrate contemporary management theories with Islamic values in educational institutions at all levels. NIDAMA welcomes contributions that advance theory, policy, and practice in educational administration and management within Islamic and broader educational contexts.
